Aside from the obvious financial implications, losing a job can have a negative impact on your mood, relationships, and overall mental health. The COVID-19 pandemic has cost many people their jobs or income sources. While the unprecedented nature of the crisis absolves you of any blame, it may not help you relax when you’re worried about bills and food. It’s important to know you’re not alone; many of us share your fears right now.

Depression affects how you feel, think, and act. It’s a common but serious illness. It’s also curable. When you’re depressed, you may lose interest in once-enjoyable activities. Few marital problems cause as much heartache and devastation as infidelity, which undermines the foundation of marriage itself. However, when both spouses are committed to real healing, most marriages survive and many marriages become stronger with deeper levels of intimacy. My Approach & Values

The heart of my private practice is to assist people in healing the causes of their issues stemming from physical, emotional or addictive struggles, to live a happy, healthy and vibrant life doing what they love. While PSYCH-K is a core methodology in my practice, I also use Emotional Freedom Technique, The Emotion Code, The Healing Codes, Ho’oponopono, and Access Consciousness, to help my clients with lasting results. I have personally tried all these methods before using them with others to ensure their effectiveness.

Scores of my clients say they no longer feel controlled by self-limiting beliefs or negative thoughts. Indeed, freed from the chains of old thinking and behaviors, my clients report a renewed sense of freedom and self-confidence.

"Rita Soman is a professional and a giver. Her sole professional goal is to help others achieve greater levels of happiness and fulfilment. I met Rita during one of the most difficult times of my life, when I changed careers. She used Psych-K to erase self-limiting beliefs and boost my confidence, which helped me improve quickly and refocus on my goals."

Jessica & Ron – Couple: Age 34 & 38

""My attorney recommended Rita from a large list of drug and alcohol counsellors. I expected a standard group counselling session to satisfy my citation, not to figure out why I was self-destructing. Rita has helped me in a very open minded and holistic way. Rita has opened my mind, body, and heart. I'll follow her advice for the rest of my life."

Taylor

"Rita Soman is a great professional and a giver by definition. Her only purpose in life as a professional is to help others reach higher levels of happiness and self-fulfillment. I found Rita is probably one of the most challenging moments in my life when I was switching careers."
